We are a small family run business who are dedicated to delivering your Pretty Tiffin purchase in perfect condition. As such, it is important for us to be honest about delivery times and cost.
We ‘ship’ twice a week, so delivery times can vary a little depending on when your order is received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, and all being well, your order will be with you within the allotted timeframe. However from time to time, adverse weather or other events beyond our control may lead to a slightly longer delivery time.
(Please note upgrading to Next Working Day Delivery will not alter the picking and packing time, but will guarantee a quicker delivery once your item is dispatched)
Standard UK delivery items are sent via EVRi whose assigned courier will attempt delivery on 3 separate days. If you don’t think you’ll be at home for your delivery you can request the courier deliver your parcel to a neighbour, or another safe place.
For non-UK orders we will either use EVRi International services, Royal Mail, UPS or an EU equivalent (Mondial Relay, La Poste) depending on from where your item is dispatched (we have a small warehouse facility in France and some orders may be shipped from there). All being well, your order will be with you within 10-12 days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and tracking information from the courier will be provided.
Import Duties & Taxes
If your delivery address is outside the UK you may have to pay import taxes which are your responsibility and you should contact your national customs office for more details.
We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you have any queries about your delivery please do not hesitate to get in touch.
FAILURE TO DELIVER
Please make sure the point of delivery is clearly labelled (house/ flat number, letter or mail box), otherwise the courier cannot deliver the shipment correctly and we cannot guarantee delivery to the given address.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or missing name or address, re-delivery charges will apply.
If you do not want a second delivery and would like to cancel the order, the shipping costs will still have to be deducted from the refund amount because we have attempted to deliver and shipping costs will apply.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
We work with EVRi to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your items and are confident that they will be received by you in perfect condition.
Upon receipt of your order, please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing packaging.
Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults or damages straight away. You have 72 hours to notify our us of any damage or fault: email@example.com.

We happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order (exchange only on sale items). Please complete the Returns Form below and put inside your package with the item to be returned. Returned goods must be in brand new condition. The cost of returning the items is your responsibility.
If you live in the UK we will send the exchanged items back to you for FREE (first exchange only, excluding sale items).
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. If returning items from outside the UK please clearly mark your package RETURNED GOODS. Also include the words RETURNED BRITISH GOODS on the customs declaration to prevent any import charges being incurred. Returned items that incur an import charge may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender. If we have to pay any import charges then we reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
Returns Terms and Conditions
- Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand the delivery journey. Damage caused in transit back to us will leave us unable to refund you.
- We recommend that you return goods using Royal Mail 2nd class and keep the receipt and proof of postage. We’re unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults or damages straight away. This gives you the opportunity to refuse a faulty item and allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please notify us within 72 hours if possible, of any damage or fault. You have 30 days to return the item to us.
